Situation

The country house style single-family house built in 2001 is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with a wonderful, unobstructed view in Oberlunkhofen. The view goes over the Reuss plain, the Flachsee and into the Alps.

Municipality

The municipality of Oberlunkhofen has around 2,000 inhabitants and is very popular due to the low tax rate of 79% (3rd cheapest tax in Aargau) and the very good connection to Zurich. Zurich can be reached in 35 minutes by public bus (without changing trains). By car via the western bypass you are in the city center of Zurich within 20 minutes. The Rebenweg is a cul-de-sac with mostly single-family houses and the street is therefore not very busy. Despite the very quiet location, the house is centrally located in Oberlunkhofen. Shops, kindergarten and primary schools are within walking distance. The high school students attend secondary school in Jonen or the district school in Bremgarten. The intact nature around the village offers space to relax from everyday life. Especially the nature reserve on the Reuss and the Flachsee invites to long walks and bird watching.
