Situation


The property is located in Velden am Wörthersee in Carinthia, the southernmost province of Austria. Within a few minutes walk you can reach the center of Velden, which has a well-developed infrastructure of shops, doctors, pharmacy, International School and excellent restaurants. The Airport of Klagenfurt can be easily reached by car in about 20 minutes, as are the state borders with Italy and Slovenia. Due to its location on the beautiful and famouslake, Velden is a traditional recreationaland seaside resort and internationally known far beyond the Austrian borders. It is one of the most famous and most popular tourist resorts in Austria.
